He was a leader for over 20 years\, responsible for developing leaders for over 15-yrs\, and in his last role\, he was part of the executive team responsible for provision of RAF wide leadership training. \nAndy has been a trainer for over 20-yrs\, a mentor for over 15\, and 2-yrs ago added professional coaching to his skills portfolio. He passionately disagrees with common leadership training that’s accredited to a national qualification. He feels this encourages a “one-size-fits-all” approach that simply doesn’t work.
