(10 secs max) \nTable networking (Session 1) – 60 seconds to introduce your business to the fellow members of your table  \nKeynote Speaker: Ian Astley – Let them buy bread’. How hard lessons in Mission Command from patrolling the streets of Londonderry can improve your leadership and empower your team. \nIan is a highly qualified and experienced mentor and coach\, specialising in leadership development. Passionate about helping leaders and their organisations develop to fulfil their potential\, with a proven record in coaching\, mentoring\, change management and continuous improvement.\nHe has been a mentor and coach for over 10 years\, beginning in the military by overseeing the development of senior leaders\, and their teams\, in the Parachute Regiment and Royal Marines. During COVID Ian was one of a select group of Army mentors who provided planning and leadership support to leaders in the NHS.
