Keynote Speaker: Mark Jessop – ‘Looking after your business’s most valuable asset’
Mark is a chiropractor with a special interest in lifestyle medicine and the director of Prime Therapy Clinic in Grantham. With a background in Sports Science from Loughborough University and a Master’s in Chiropractic, he helps people live life in full—without pain getting in the way.
Alongside his clinical work, Mark has held a number of roles in the chiropractic profession, including lecturing at London South Bank University, assessing clinical competence for the General Chiropractic Council, and advising on course validation as part of accreditation panels. He currently serves as Chair of the Royal College of Chiropractors’ Public Health Society and is a regular speaker at national and international chiropractic conferences, where he shares insights on pain, prevention, and the role of lifestyle in long-term health.
Mark recently became the first chiropractor in the UK to achieve Certification in Lifestyle Medicine—a growing field that focuses on the root causes of poor health, not just the symptoms. He believes that many issues related to pain, health and wellbeing are deeply connected, and that meaningful, long-term change starts upstream—with how we live, eat, move, sleep and manage stress.
In this talk, “Looking After Your Business’s Biggest Asset”, Mark will share practical, evidence-based strategies from lifestyle medicine to help you protect your most valuable business resource: yourself.
