Wellbeing Works: Building Age Friendly Businesses for the Future
Join us for a focused session on why becoming an Age Friendly Employer is both the right thing to do and a smart business move. We’ll explain the Age Friendly Employer Pledge, the benefits it brings, and the practical steps to get started. You’ll also hear about wider workplace wellbeing benefits which boost productivity, supports staff retention, and creates a more engaged workforce.
As your local authority, we see first-hand how age-inclusive, well-supported workplaces strengthen our local economy, improve community wellbeing, and help residents of all ages thrive.
Whether you’re a small business or a large employer, you can expect simple guidance, real examples, and ideas on how you could build a positive workplace, where people of all ages can succeed.
This February meeting is all about connections.
With no keynote speaker this month, we are bringing you extended speed networking, giving you more time to meet members, share what you do and build meaningful business relationships.
Please note: this meeting takes place one week earlier than usual.
